Victor & Gold has been engaged to assist a corporation with a large insurance litigation case.

Our firm is working on behalf of an insured corporation, whose business interruption claim was rejected by their insurance company.

The client is pursuing this claim in court, and we have been engaged to provide litigation support regarding the quantum of the business interruption loss sustained.

Victor & Gold was engaged to assist a high net-worth family settle a complex estate. This mandate included the preparation of final income tax returns, sale of assets, wind-up of a Holding Company and distributions to non-resident beneficiaries.

In carrying out this mandate, we advised the client on an innovative method of winding up the Holding Company, which resulted in a 8% income tax reduction to the Estate.
